Quick answer is no - but we do have a feature request to have the ability to average a group of points, or observations, or store points into a new stored point.

So, this post related to FG2005 is no longer true in FG2008?

Hi Mike,

Now that I read your question again I realize I didn't understand what you were asking about. Yes the check point function will average the coordinate values and store it as a new point if you choose to use the Store Point button.

If you press OK, then FieldGenius will only store notes in the raw file about the deltas differences.

Sorry for the confusion.
