30 Day Trial Over???

We have a field office that has upgraded it's netorks and internet access. Now when Microsurvey is started it's says that the 30 trial period is over. This has happened to 3 computers. All have registered versions of Microsurvey. How can I correct this?

It sounds like the program is detecting a hardware change and requires a new password.

Please contact our head office with the new key numbers that are generated when you go into the registration option. They will give you new passwords for those machines.
