I am trying to import a csv file, and when I do, the points are in the database, I am able to cogo calc with the points and inverse between them but the actual "dot" of the point is not showing up so I am unable to snap onto the points. I checked off the box that says to draw the point. This is the first time I've seen this. Any idea what may be wrong?

Are your points actually 'Dots' or something else?
Under 'Drawing settings', 'Entity Creation', 'Points' what do you see?
Just type DDRMODES and it takes you there.
Have you saved the job (several times), closed MSCAD aand reopened?
Sometimes I have found this fixes the problem.

I have encountered the same issue. Do any of the point numbers have leading zeros, i.e. 0020? This is the only time I see the problem.
You can get your nodes by updating the drawing from database.
