An exception

I have met a strange question. When I opened a CADD drawing without point file (2004 version) in autocad(2005) first, then I tried to open the same file in microsurvey 2008 for read-only, it came out with a message "program failed to open polygon database" and error "PRJTY350". I mapped a file server to my local computer. It caused the file server halting. I checked the event viewer and It has an error "IRPStackSize" on the server was too small, I adjusted the parameter in the file server and restarted it. It still has the same error messages when I did the same operation, but the file server is ok now.

Thanks.

Sounds like you need to enter in a support ticket in our helpdesk and see if one of our support staff can assist you. This is assuming your support contract is current of course. If not then you can renew it by calling your sales rep at our head office.
