Might be wrong but i think No.
But you can easily make an icon and add it to Toolbar.
Help sort of describes it but I think it misses something out.

To add a custom tool to a toolbar
Do one of the following:
Choose Tools > Customize
Type customize and then press Enter.
Click the Toolbars tab.
Go outside the dialog box to a toolbar, and click a tool in the toolbar to select it.
I'd drag a button from the 'Toolbar' dialogue box onto an existing Toolbar or just onto the screen then do the following
Otherwise you just edit the command of the chosen tool button and lose the original.

Go back to the Customize dialog box, and click Options.
In the Toolbar Customization Options dialog box, under Button Bitmaps, click the Browse tool (indicated by an ellipsis) adjacent to the Small, Color Button list to display the Select Bitmap dialog box.
Select the bitmap you want to use for the small color tool.
Click Open.
Repeat steps 6 through 8 for the Large, Color Button, Small, Black And White Button, and Large, Black And White Button.
When you have finished, click OK.
Click Close.
somewhere in the last couple of steps you will need to edit the command to "UCS" and the Tooltip to what you want it to tell you
I just made one and it worked OK.

Then you would need to save/export the Toolbar(s) so you don't lose them if things go pearshape and gets reverted to default.
