batch print to bmp files

Postby baceeng » Mon Oct 20, 2003 2:56 pm

When trying to batch process and print multiple files to bmps, I get prompted to select the general configuration options for each file. Supposedly if you check the default settings box you would not have to enter info for each file. I want to batch plot my details as bmps so I can view them with an image catalog viewer. Any help would be appreciated.

Batch Plotting to BMP

In MSCAD2002 SP#4, go to the File menu -> Batch Processing -> Pause MSCAD.
Then go to the File menu again -> Batch Processing -> Batch Process Files.
Then in the Batch Process dialog, choose the jobs to plot, pick the "into BMP file", with either View or Extents. Then pick Start on the dialog.
All jobs chosen should then be exported to BMP format for you.

When all done, go to the File menu -> Batch Processing -> Restart MSCAD.

That should do it for you! I tried it here and it seemed to work very well for me. I chose a combination of FLX and DWG files to export to BMP format.

Cheers,
