We have had reports for the last couple of months of toolbars mysteriously loosing their original position when MSCAD is re-started. This one has been a hard one to track down, but we have found the bug.
The problem will appear if you open the DESKCONF command and uncheck any of the toolbars listed, the toolbar will not be displayed on the screen anymore, but it's position is still saved in the registry. So if you place more than one toolbar in its previous location, MSCAD can get in a situation where the toolbars move around on you.
The cad maker will fix this as soon as possible. In the mean time, using the DESKCONF command, you can delete the toolbars that you're not currently displaying or using, which will result in the toolbars retaining their position on startup.
