The problem is likely that MSCAD does not know which font to use to draw the labels. To confirm this, click on MsAnnotate > Labeling Defaults > Elevations and if most of the fields are blank or 0 then this is the problem. To fix, go to MsTools > MicroSurvey System Defaults > Reset to Default Configuration. Check the labeling defaults again, this time the fields should appear with more information in them. This may have also changed your job defaults such as units and scale, so go to MsTools > MicroSurvey Job Defaults and make sure it is set as desired. Then go to MsTools > MicroSurvey System Defaults > Save As Default Configuration. Now you can use the MsPoints > Re-Scale Complete Drawing option to draw in the point labels.
