You can use the shift east, north option, but you have to know what the shift is. By subtraction of the two northings and eastings.
It would be nice if in the shift option you just type the new coordinate
to where you want to shift to. I sent this idea a long time ago to you know who.
OK, Here is how I do it.
It very simple, just use the CAD move command. You window everything, pick the end point of a line and type the x,y of that end point.
There its done.
If you have points with elevations on them make sure you pick a line
with a 0 elevation or you will end up shifting the elevations as well.
