Does anyone know how to get rid of the pop up window that indicates that my software support has expired?
Thanks in advance

Sorry - the only way to remove that message is to renew the support maintenance contract.

Have you updated your registration key?

From the "START" > ALL PROGRAMS > MicroSurvey 2008> License Manager click on the key you're updating to highlight it.

Then, click the "Update Key With New Information" Button at the bottom of the License Manager Window. Assuming you have an Internet connection, the key will be updated with the fact that your support agreement has been updated.

After this, the pop-up window shouldn't appear until the support agreement expires. If it does, you have a tech service issue and need to contact MicroSurvey Tech Service.

It takes a bit of getting used to and it is a bit of a pain in the neck, but, in my opinion, it's worth the effort to keep MicroSurvey updated and going on my system.

Up-date lic. key

Postby raconsultnv » Mon Jul 21, 2008 7:52 am

Thanks for the info ....
My problem was because I was on my field laptop, not the office computer that had the orginal lic. manager installed. When I plugged my key into that computer the key up-dated. I then plugged the key into my laptop and started MS2008, everything was OK.
Thanks again ...
