Advanced Movies sound problems

Post by fish » Thu Oct 23, 2008 5:50 am

I've downloaded the advanced movies for 2008, but when I play them through help, the sound is sometimes "garbled" and the sound gets out of sync with the video. Any ideas?

MsCAD 2008, Windows XP Media Center Edition SP3, 2GB ram.

This is a known issue and we have actually corrected it. Unfortunately the fixed files have not yet been posted. I will check with the person in charge of this and see if we can get them posted shortly.

Hi, the updated movies are available from our website here:
http://www.landsurveyingsoftware.com/im ... pdates.zip
Unzip this file into your Movies folder, overwriting the existing files.

The movies should be found in this folder: C:\Program Files\MicroSurvey\MSCAD2008\help\movies (this path is in XP but should be similar for Vista)
