shift points crash

Postby Richard Sands » Mon Jan 17, 2011 7:11 pm

I accidently typed in the point shift numbers as 1000..1001 (old habits die hard) as opposed to typing one number in each 'From Point' to 'To Point' window.

2010 instantly crashed when I hit 'Calculate Shift'. I tried this again after restarting and it did the same.

Unsaved work obviously goes with the crash. Just mention for others to be aware.
But then they probably don't do what I did. :D It can happen!!

Hi Richard, I have reproduced this crash and reported it to our programmers. Interrestingly, a shorter entry like "1..2" results in an error message instead of a crash, which is what should happen with the "1000..1001" entry. This will be fixed for the next update.
