Empty Layers

Post by Jeff Anderson1 » Thu Nov 24, 2011 8:12 am

Is there a command that will blow away the empty layers that are created by that awful C3D that no one uses, and no one cleans out of their awful C3D drawings? No bias here.

Hi,
You can type PURGE at the commandline, or press the little Purge button found along the top of the Layers Explorer window.
Alternatively, you can also do select purge operations (including purging of layers) using the DWG_CLEANUP (MsTools | Drawing Cleanup Wizard) command.
