SDRmap a subset of points

Is it possible to run SDRmap line coding

MsTraverse > AutoMAP System > Connect Points Using SDRMap coding

on a subset of points?

When I create a drawing using an initial field data file of a thousand points or so, I invariable have to clean up lines connecting points that shouldn't be connected. Next I go out in the field and get more data, come back with several hundred more points. I'd like to just run connect the points of the new data using SDRMap coding rather than have to SDRMap the entire data file and have to go through clean up again.

SDR linework is restricted to the whole drawing at once. Some options I could suggest:

1. Import the whole project into an empty drawing, run SDR linework and then "Transfer points between MicroSurvey Projects" to bring the points and lines into the existing drawing.
2. Or if the crew is interested in learning a new coding system, use xyz linework instead. this method DOES allow you to enter a point range for processing.
