NGS Opus Points Import

STAR*NET V7 now allows you to import Opus Point reports directly into your Network after you have used the service to post process your static GPS observations. The result will be a stored point plus an error ellipse. These allows an excellent solution for users who prefer not to constrain their network to any one station.
