PointCloud 2010 Installation Problem

Some users report that the installation routine for PointCloud 2010 completes, but they see an error message when they try to launch the program. This may be caused by an Antivirus program. We have discovered that Kasperski Antivirus prevents the pointcloud engine component of the installation from working on Vista or Windows 7 computers. Temporarily disabling Kasperski and then running a repair install from Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs seems to resolve the problem. | |
