Movies make it easier.

Being both an old MSCAD2002 user and now a consultant for MSCAD and FieldGenius, I would have to say the most useful tools MicroSurvey has created are the movie tutorials, they not only train customers on our products but also refresh your skills on the powerful tools that have been created. 

Even after working with our products over the last few years, I still find myself refreshing my knowledge of the programs by using the movies.

Even though we combat the learning curve with user manuals and award winning tech support, the majority of my customers would agree that the tutorials are extremely intuitive and extensive for each surveying function or command that we have created.
