MicroSurvey Express 2002 Installation:

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. MicroSurvey has updated our file format for the first time in several years. We did this to add increased functionality for our new FieldGenius Data Collector line, and to increase
compatibility with AutoCAD 2000/2000i/2002.

2. The main MicroSurvey database extension is now .msd (MicroSurvey Database)

3. Backup databases now have the extension .mbk

4. If you need to save a file that will work with MicroSurvey CAD 2001, you must use the SAVEAS31 command. This will save the drawing in an earlier format, and we will create a .pst file that you can read into MicroSurvey Express 2001 or MicroSurvey 98
