Q) My 30 day timer has expired on MicroSurvey CAD or MicroSurvey Express, and I decided that I wish to purchase the program. Do I have to uninstall the program and then reinstall the entire program? What do I do to get running properly?

A) After you place an order with our head office you will be given a CD-Key Number. Start the installation of the program and when you are given the option to convert a demo version to an Authorized version, answer yes. You will be asked to enter the CD-Key number. Once this is done you can then go and run the program. On the way into the program you will be asked to fill out a registration form. Please do so and fax it to our head office and you will be given a password to enter in. You are now 100% operational and will not need to redo any of these steps again unless your hard drive changes.
