Q) When purchasing MSCAD or Express, is there an initial free support period? How long? What support options are available after? I thought I read something that you are offering a yearly support plan?

A) All new clients get 90 days of free phone support included with the product purchase. A One year, unlimited, support contracts are also available as well as VIP support plans. A support contract is not to be used in place of training. Classroom and On-site training is also available.
