Q) When purchasing MSCAD or Express, is there an initial free support period? How long? What support options are available after? I thought I read something that you are offering a yearly support plan?

A) All new clients get 90 days of free phone support included with the product purchase. A One year, unlimited, support contracts are also available as well as VIP support plans. A support contract is not to be used in place of training. Classroom and On-site training is also available. Please feel free to contact your technical sales rep to discuss what these plans include, their current pricing, and answer any other questions you may have.
