Q) When listing coordinates, I need to see them in the following order Point Number, Easting, Northing, Elevation, Description. How can I set the program to do this?

A) In your System Toggles (Toggles button at the top of the working drawing) there is a new toggle, 5th down on the left "List East, North Format". Be sure to pick this and then create the coordinate listing. Turning it off again reverts back to North then East in the listing.
