Download the MicroSurvey Transfer

The MicroSurvey Transfer program is designed to help speed up the process of transfering files and projects between your desktop computer and FieldGenius.

Step 1) Make sure Microsoft ActiveSync is installed

You are required to have Microsoft ActiveSync installed on your computer before installing the MicroSurvey Transfer program. You can confirm if you have it installed by going to your Start Menu | Programs and look for program named Microsoft ActiveSync.

If you don't have ActiveSync installed you can download it directly from the Microsoft website.

Step 2) Install the MicroSurvey Transfer program.

Once you've confirmed that you have Microsoft ActiveSync installed you can proceed to download and install the MicroSurvey Transfer program.
