Frequently Asked Questions

When I have set up a new partnership using Active Sync, and then go to the Options button to select FieldGenius, so it can be synched, it tells me the program is not installed.

What has caused this?  What do I do now?  How do I get my data collector working?


During the reinstallation of FG XG, on my data collector, I get the following dialog.  I tried picking on YES but the message does not go away.  If I pick on NO or CANCEL, then FG XG does not get installed.  What is happening?  What do I need to do?


On my Allegro FieldGenius XG has a "white" screen when I switch to Full Screen Mode. What is wrong?
