Q) On my FG XG data collector - I get the following dialog when I try to sync.

I have reconfirmed that FG XG is not currently running.

Should I reinstall FG XG?

A)  You should not need to reinstall the FG XG program.  The data collector may just need to be reset.

Do a Soft Reset of your data collector and then reconnect it to Active Sync.  It should now complete the sync and allow you to download or upload your work.
