I have just brought up a job that I worked in yesterday and now I get an error message saying that points may be missing from my drawing and do I wish to add them back in again. I am confused - what happened to cause this Audit Error?

When purchasing inCAD, is there an initial free support period? How long? What support options are available after? I thought I read something that you are offering a yearly support plan?
I have 3 people in my office running inCAD and they have done well in learning the program in a very short period of time but, I know that setting up a training session would greatly enhance their output and cut the learning curve. What I need to know is how do I go about setting up a training session here in my office? How much will it cost me? How soon can we set this up? Will you Fly to my location?
My middle mouse button does not bring up the osnaps – how can I fix this?
Without going through the Lot/house design menus...is there a way that one can just sit one house on one lot without setting up house templates etc..?
We have an older pen plotter. I have setup the pen types to match the carousel etc...and things do plot, howeverm the pens I thought it would use didn't. I'm not sure I've set the widths correctl. Would the widths in the plotter configuration match the pen type I'm using? i.e. We generally plot with 4 pens 0.25, 0.35, 0.5, and 0.7, so, for instance I would like to draw the bearing text with a .35 pen. I set the color red (in this case) to be 0.35 pixel width? Is this correct?
