Service Pack 1.2 - This hotfix contains updates to support the new MicroSurvey Transfer program and FieldGenius 2006. It also includes a more reliable Permanent License Transfer option. It is a recommended download if you use FieldGenius 2006 or need to use the Permanent License Transfer option.

MicroSurvey CAD 2004

August 13, 2004 - mini update.

This update corrects a 1" round down problem on the delta angles in the Curve Table routine.  The download includes one file - lableling.dll in a zip file.  Just unzip the file and copy to the \MSCAD2004\FCAD_BIN directory.  Overwrite the existing copy.  You MUST have SP9 loaded to use this file.  This file will work with all versions: Premium, Standard, or Basic.  Download it here.   (167KB download)

August 5, 2004 - MicroSurvey CAD 2004 Service Pack 9

This auto-installing update corrects some of the known issues. It is a recommended update. The update is available as a one-click install or a single EXE file download.

List of improvements in Service Packs

Service Pack 9 includes all the updates that were in previous Service Packs. You can install this on top of any version of MSCAD 2004, and you can re-install this service pack without worry. 

*NOTE: This Service Pack can only be installed if you have a copy of MSCAD2004 installed on your machine.

This service pack contains changes necessary to process data files for FieldGenius XG 2.0.  There are relatively few changes to the product.  Note: you must have Service Pack #3 installed before installing Service Pack #4.

Install the MicroSurvey CAD 2002 Service Pack 4
(non-hardware lock version)

Service Pack #4 Hardware Lock files
Copy the dll in the zip file to your MSCAD2002\PROGRAMS directory.  Overwrite any existing files. Note: MicroSurvey has two different hardware locks.  We used to supply standard Rainbow Sentinel Locks, but in 2002 upgraded to Sentinel Pro locks.

Service Pack #3 had a problem with the Measure and Divide Commands. Please unzip this file and copy the files into C:\MSCAD2002\COMMON to replace the existing files.

Features:

This service pack includes some basic CAD corrections and minor improvements, and it adds support for processing new FieldGenius XG features.

Notes:

You MUST HAVE your original 16 digit CAD Key number to install this Service Pack

1. This Service Pack requires you to have installed MicroSurvey CAD2002

2. After installing the Service Pack, you may notice the fonts in lisp dialog boxes is smaller. This is normal.

3. This is a "one-click" install that will find your installation of MicroSurvey CAD2002 and update it automatically. No program settings are changed with this installation.
