What caused this? How do I correct this? I just received a DWG file created in AutoCAD 2006 - can I read this into MSCAD? When I zoom in on a curve or circle, it looks like someone flattened the edges and the curves are very rough. Lines drawn to the edge of the curves do not appear to meet correctly. What am I doing wrong or missing? When printing, my lines all come out the same width, but I took the time to set the widths for each colour in the Print command. What did I miss? When I plot my diagram, some of the items do not plot. They show up just fine in the drawing on screen. They are white on screen but do not print or plot to paper, what am I doing wrong? I copied a file from my Email and now I cannot save to it. Why? If I notice some weird things happening to my drawing such as line either appearing or disappearing from the drawing, or points seeming to be in the drawing but not in the survey database, without any explanation, what should I do? Can MSCAD be used in mining applications underground? In other words, can we input negative HI's and HT's to show that we are working from the ceiling of the drift? When listing coordinates, I need to see them in the following order: Point Number, Easting, Northing, Elevation, Description. How can I set the program to do this? Do I have to work with the FLX files in MSCAD or can I work with DWG files directly? When I insert a raster image all I see is a red square on screen. What is happening? Where is the raster image? What formats do you support? Can I place a linetype on my contours? When I do a saveas and send the job out as a DWG file, the raster images are not there. Where did they go? I just read in a DWG from AutoCAD that had contours in it. The contours appear in the bitmap preview but after I open the DWG in MSCAD the contours are not there. Where did the go? I have a DWG file with LWPolylines in it. Why do they show up in MSCAD but I can’t seem to extract data from them to create a surface? I was just given a DGN file from MicroStation. Can I do anything with this in MSCAD? I am saving my drawing to a DXF file and things seem to be kind of whacky. The lengths of lines seem to be rounded off – they do not meet where they should.
