STAR*NET Adjustment vs Auto-Adjust

A more recently added STAR*NET feature that some users may not know about is the Automatic Iterative Adjustment or Auto-Adjust. This feature allows STAR*NET users to save valuable time on complex adjustments by automatically detecting and removing outliers within the survey data instead of users having to manually edit and readjust until the desired residuals are obtained. After running Auto-Adjust, users can check the associated listing review section and review the outliers removed to further analyze the adjustment. In our latest video, Kailey showcases the Auto-Adjust feature by first running an adjustment using the historical manual method and immediately after, running the same adjustment using Auto-Adjust. Viewers will be able to see how user friendly the process is and how much time is saved by implementing the use of Auto-Adjust.
